A hanging plant fails at the ceiling, not at the pot. The rope and the leather weigh close to nothing on their own, so everything on that hook is soil and water, and wet potting mix runs heavier than anyone plans for. Find a joist or use a proper toggle before you find out.
This is a cradle rather than a pot: a strip of vegan leather cut into an open lattice, gathered onto cotton rope, sized to take a jar or a nursery pot dropped straight in. The lattice is the whole idea, since it holds the pot at the base and the sides while leaving the glass or terracotta on show.

The small hangs 19.7 in (50 cm) from hook to base with a cradle 3.9 in (10 cm) across. Measure the drop before you hang it near a window, because a trailing plant adds its own length below that and a hanger set at eye level turns into something you duck under by spring.
Good to know
Vegan leather is a coated fabric, and coated fabric hates being soaked. Water the plant at the sink and let it drain before it goes back in the cradle, rather than pouring into a pot suspended over the floor. On a covered porch it is fine. In direct rain the coating stiffens and cracks along the fold lines first.
