What to put in your message
Your order number if you have one, and one line on what you need. If a piece arrived damaged, a photo of the piece and of the outer box saves us both an exchange.

Do not send returns to that address. It is our registered office, not a warehouse, and a parcel sent there will not reach anyone who can process it. Write to us first and we send you the right return address for your order, along with a reference so we can match your parcel to it.
