Who you are buying from
BG ECOMMERCE LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, under entity number 2024-001438803, with its registered office at 34 Franklin Ave, Desk 687-1731, Pinedale, WY 82941, United States, trading as HollowMade. These terms govern every order placed on this store. Placing an order means you accept them.
Products
We describe and photograph each piece as accurately as we can. Small differences in shade, grain or finish exist between one piece and the next, and screens do not all show colour the same way. Those differences are not defects.
Dimensions are given as guidance. Where a piece is handmade, expect a small margin.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is added at checkout, before you confirm, and depends on the service you pick. Import duty, where it applies, is charged separately by your own customs authority.
We may change a price at any time. The price that binds us is the one displayed when you place your order.
Orders
Your order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. If a piece turns out to be unavailable after that, we tell you and refund that line in full.
We can refuse or cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing error, a suspected fraudulent payment, or a delivery address we cannot ship to.
Delivery and returns
See our shipping policy and our refund policy. Both form part of these terms.
Liability
We are liable for what we sell and for how we sell it, within the limits the law sets. We are not liable for damage caused by using a piece for something it was not made for, or by ignoring the care instructions.
Intellectual property
The texts, photographs and layout of this store belong to HollowMade or are used with permission. Reusing them commercially without written agreement is not allowed.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction.
This does not take away the protection of the consumer law of the country you live in. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep the rights your own law gives you and you can bring a claim before your local courts.
Before any dispute, write to contact@shophollowmade.com. Most things are settled in one exchange.
