What we collect and why
When you place an order: your name, your billing and delivery addresses, your email address, your phone number if you give one, and what you bought. We need all of it to take payment, ship the parcel and answer you afterwards.
When you browse: pages viewed, what you put in the basket, and technical data such as your browser and approximate location. This is what tells us which pieces people actually look at.
We never see your full card number. It goes straight to the payment provider.
Who else sees it
Only the companies that make the order happen, and only the part each one needs: Shopify, which hosts this store, the payment provider, and the carrier that delivers your parcel. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for 7 years, which is what United States tax law requires of us. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it. Browsing data is kept in aggregate, with nothing that identifies you personally.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to it being used. Write to contact@shophollowmade.com and we answer within one month.
Cookies
This store uses cookies to keep your basket, remember your preferences and measure traffic. You can refuse the non essential ones from the banner or from your browser settings. Refusing them does not stop you from ordering.

Email is the fastest way to reach us, and it leaves both of us a written record: contact@shophollowmade.com, answered within one business day. Put your order number in the first line and you save an exchange.
If you would rather speak to someone, the line is +1 575-592-5908, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Mountain Time. It is a small team, so the phone is not always picked up. Leave a message, and send the same request by email, which is what actually gets it moving.
