Where do I find my tracking number?

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Copy it into the field at the top of this page to see where the parcel is without leaving the site.

Timings

Most orders leave our shelves within 1 to 3 business days.

Estimated delivery from the date you place your order is 8 to 15 business days with standard tracked shipping, or 7 to 12 business days with priority shipping. These estimates include both processing and transit time. The 1 to 3 business days of processing are already included. Delivery may take longer around public holidays and peak periods.

If nothing has arrived 30 days after your shipping confirmation email, write to us and we replace or refund the order.

We ship to the United States only for now. Tracked shipping is free on orders of $89 or more, and $7.95 below that.

A tracking number can take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system. If it still shows nothing after a day, or if the parcel is late, lost or damaged, contact us with your order number and we sort it out.
