Where do I find my tracking number?

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Copy it into the field at the top of this page to see where the parcel is without leaving the site.

Timings

Most orders leave our shelves within 1 to 3 business days.

After that, count 8 to 15 business days on the standard tracked service and 7 to 12 on priority, for the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Other destinations depend on customs and the local postal service.

If nothing has arrived 30 days after your shipping confirmation email, write to us and we replace or refund the order.

Tracked shipping is free worldwide on orders of $89 or more. Below that it is $7.95 within the United States and $6.95 everywhere else.

A tracking number can take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system. If it still shows nothing after a day, or if the parcel is late, lost or damaged, contact us with your order number and we sort it out.
