Where we ship
To the United States only, for now. Every order goes out tracked, whatever the service you pick. If you live somewhere else, write to us and we will tell you when your country opens.

The free service applies once the order reaches $89, before tax and after any discount. All prices are in US dollars.
When your order leaves
Most orders leave our shelves within 1 to 3 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment yours ships. This processing time is included in the delivery estimates below.
How long delivery takes

These estimates run from the date you place your order and include both processing and transit time. The 1 to 3 business days of processing are already included, not added on top. Delivery may take longer around public holidays and peak periods.
Tracking
A tracking number can take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system. If yours still shows nothing after a day, write to us with your order number.
Import charges
Some orders ship to you from our suppliers abroad. If a parcel crossing the border attracts import duty or tax on arrival, that charge is set by US customs, it is collected by the carrier, and it is not part of what you pay us.
Wrong address
We ship to the address given at checkout. If it is wrong, tell us before the order leaves and we fix it at no cost. Once a parcel is out, a redirect depends on the carrier and is not always possible.
Late, lost or damaged
Write to contact@shophollowmade.com with your order number. If your order has not reached you 30 days after the shipping confirmation email, we treat the parcel as lost and we replace it or refund it, your choice.
How to reach us
Email is the fastest way to reach us, and it leaves both of us a written record: contact@shophollowmade.com, answered within one business day. Put your order number in the first line and you save an exchange.
If you would rather speak to someone, the line is +1 575-592-5908, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Mountain Time. It is a small team, so the phone is not always picked up. Leave a message, and send the same request by email, which is what actually gets it moving.
