Care

Wipe it and let it dry standing up. Wood run through a dishwasher comes out dull and fuzzy after a cycle or two and the grain lifts, so keep these out of it and off the wet side of the sink.

Good to know

A clip closes a bag, it does not seal one. Ground coffee still goes flat and chips still soften, just slower than they do with the bag rolled over and left to its own devices. For anything you want genuinely airtight, tip it into a jar and save the clip for the bag you will finish this week.
