A wet ring off the base or a greasy fingerprint sits on the surface instead of wiping straight off the way it would on gloss, so dry the bottom before you set it down and handle it with dry hands. If you want a matched pair for a mantel, order both at once and expect small differences anyway.

Send it back unused, tags on, in its original packaging. Your order confirmation is all the proof we need. We do not charge restocking fees. Full conditions are in our refund policy.
