Two inches across is three stems and an opinion, not a bouquet. This is a colored glass bud vase with the curve running the wrong way on purpose, 7 in (17.8 cm) tall and 2 in (5 cm) across at its widest.
Colored glass does one thing clear glass cannot, which is hide the water line and the cut ends. On a clear vase, a week of cloud on the stems is on full display. On the orange or the powder blue it simply is not there.

Size
At 7 in (17.8 cm) this is a bud vase, roughly the height of a standard drinking glass. It takes a few short stems and it vanishes behind anything taller on a crowded table. Group three of them at different heights on a shelf rather than asking one to carry a surface by itself.
Good to know
Borosilicate handles a temperature swing better than ordinary glass, which is worth something if you top the water up from a hot tap in winter. It does not make the vase hard to knock over. At 2 in (5 cm) across, one leaning stem is enough to tip it, so keep it off the edge of a desk.
Care
Hand wash. The neck is far too tight for a hand and a sponge, so use a bottle brush, or drop in a spoonful of rice with warm water and swirl it until the film lifts.
