Care

Wipe it with a damp cloth and dry it straight away. Wood takes on the smell of whatever sits on it longest, so put anything oily or wet in a small dish first and set the dish on the wood. Standing water in a cut pattern raises the grain and roughens every edge of the hexagons, which is the part you paid for.
