Most fridge magnets hold a takeout menu and give up on the second sheet. These carry a small burlap sack with a plant standing in it, which is more weight than a magnet normally has to deal with, so test one on your door before you plan a whole arrangement.
It is a set of four faux plant bundles, each seated in a burlap sack tied with a straw bow, with a magnet on the back.

Care
Rinse the leaves under cold water when kitchen grease dulls them, then shake them off and stand them upright to dry. Keep the burlap and the straw bow out of the water, since both hold damp for days and neither goes back to its original shape.
