A row of book spines is a flat dark wall until something small and warm sits at the end of it. This is a miniature street lantern on a scrolled bracket, built to stand on the shelf among the books rather than shine down on them.
Two versions: a plain vintage lantern, and one with a small ghost reading underneath it.
Good to know
- Warm LED with no cord, so it goes on any shelf you like.
- Runs on LR41/AG3 button cells, included, so it lights up out of the box.
- About the height of a hardcover spine, which is what keeps it in scale.
- Accent glow only. It will not light the page you are reading.
Care
Wipe the metal with a dry cloth and keep it off a damp bathroom shelf. Button cells drain slowly even with the switch off, so pull them out if the lantern is going into a box for a season.
