Flowers instead of hair is the whole idea, and it lives or dies on the texture. These are cast in resin with each bloom modeled separately across the crown, so the top of the head reads as a mass of small petals rather than a smooth painted shape, with a gold butterfly landed on some of the pieces. The sets group blue, black and white against each other.

At 11.8 in (30 cm) the large piece stands about as tall as three hardbacks stacked, so it holds a console on its own. The small one at 8.2 in (21 cm) is a shelf piece and needs something beside it.
Care
Dust the flowers with a soft brush, the kind used for makeup, and finish with a dry cloth on the smooth areas. A damp cloth dragged over sculpted petals leaves lint in every gap and takes longer to pick out than the dusting saved you.
Good to know
Sculpted texture like this reads best in raking light, from a lamp to one side or a window across the room. Lit flat from overhead, the flowers flatten into a single mass and you lose the thing you paid for. Give it a side light and some empty surface around it.
