Overwatering kills more houseplants than forgetting to water does, and the surface of the soil tells you almost nothing about what is happening down at the roots. This probe pushes into the pot and reports four things: soil moisture, fertility, temperature and light.

Blue	Soil is dry, time to water
Yellow	Fertility is low, feed it or move it into richer soil

Good to know

The probe reads the pocket of soil it sits in, so push it in near the root ball rather than against the wall of the pot, where soil always dries first. And it tells you when the pot is dry. It does not go get the watering can.

Send it back unused, tags on, in its original packaging. Your order confirmation is all the proof we need.

Once it is back with us and checked, we email you to confirm, and the refund reaches your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
