This one arrives as two pieces: a ceramic pot with a marbled surface, and an iron frame that lifts it off the table.

Care

Wipe the ceramic with a damp cloth. Dry the frame properly after a spill: an iron frame left standing in a puddle leaves a rust ring on a wooden surface, and that ring does not come out with polish.

Good to know

Keep a live plant in its nursery pot and lift the whole thing out to water it over the sink, then let it drain before it goes back. Treated that way the ceramic stays a container rather than a bath, which is what kills most plants in a decorative pot.
