Good to know

Hold it 12 to 20 in (30 to 51 cm) from the surface. Closer and the mist collects into droplets and leaves a wet patch; further out and most of it lands on the floor between you and the sofa. The sprayer spreads the liquid evenly and that is the job it does: fill it with a solution you already trust, because filling it with water only gets you a damp couch.

Care

Rinse the tank and the pickup tube after every use, before anything dries in the nozzle. Wear gloves and eye protection while you spray: a fine mist hangs in the air far longer than a trigger spray does, which is exactly why it settles so well.
