The glass carries a mosaic of colored tiles with clear glass between them, so afternoon light through the cup throws colored marks on the table. It has a handle, and it sits on a matching saucer.

Good to know
Warm the cup with a splash of hot water before you pour boiling tea into it, the way you would with any glass. Clear glass also shows every fingerprint and every tea stain, which is the cost of a cup you can see through.
Care
Wash it by hand in warm water. Repeated dishwasher cycles dull colored work on glass, and the color is the reason to own it.
