At 25.2 in (64 cm) the top bloom lands around mid thigh on an adult, high enough to read from a path without turning into a lawn feature. The 11 in (28 cm) spread is the number people miss: it needs a genuine gap in the planting, not a window box and not the six inches between two hostas.

The spec says weather resistant metal and stops there. No gauge, no coating, no stake length below the soil line. Metal left outdoors eventually shows the year it has had, and a piece this wide catches wind, so drive it in deep and lean it back against the prevailing direction.
