Care
Hand painted detail and a dishwasher do not agree. Rinse it under the tap, dry it with a soft cloth, and change the water often enough that you never have to scrub the inside.

Send it back unused, tags on, in its original packaging. Your order confirmation is all the proof we need. We do not charge restocking fees. Full conditions are in our refund policy.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
