Measure your cabinet door before anything else. This bar hooks over the top edge of a door up to 0.75 in (2 cm) thick, and plenty of older kitchen doors are thicker than that, which is the one thing that turns a two second install into a return.
Past that, it does what it says: stainless steel, no drilling, a padded hook so the metal never touches the paint, and a bar on the inside of the cabinet door for a dish towel or a hand towel.

The short bar at 9.25 in (23.5 cm) takes a folded hand towel. The long one at 14.75 in (37.5 cm) takes a dish towel hanging full width, which is the one that actually dries.
Good to know
Check what sits directly behind the door first. On a sink cabinet the towel usually clears the plumbing, but a door with a shelf close behind it will not shut once a folded towel is in the way. Hang the towel low on the bar and it closes.
