Bats or skulls decides the room this ends up in more than the color does. Both are the same hat: colored glass panels with a cobweb pattern running over the crown, a red band with a gold buckle around the base of the cone, a tip that curls forward, and a dark turned base underneath.

Care

Dry cloth, nothing wet. Cleaner runs down the panels and settles in the leading, where it dries as a white line along every seam, and a hat this size carries a lot of seams.

Good to know

The brim overhangs the base on every side, so it eats more shelf than the foot suggests, and the curled tip adds height on one side that a straight shade would not. Keep it back from the edge, where a passing sleeve finds a brim long before it finds a lamp.
