Care

Let dripped wax harden all the way through, then lift it out with a thumbnail. A knife gets under it faster and takes the finish with it, and warm water poured into the cup releases whatever is left in the bottom.

Good to know

These take tapers and nothing else. A pillar has nowhere to sit and a tealight drops straight through, and a taper that rattles in the cup wants a wrap of tape around its base rather than a wider candle.
