Size
7 in (18 cm) long by 4.7 in (12 cm) wide. Roughly a paperback laid flat, with the melted end hanging below the shelf line, so leave a little clearance underneath instead of parking it directly above a picture frame.
Good to know
It needs an edge. Set flat on a table it reads as a clock that fell over. Give it a lip to fold across, keep it at or above eye level so the drape actually shows, and take the battery out before it goes into storage. Nothing clamps it down either, so a shelf you knock into on the way past is the wrong shelf for it.
