The base takes about the footprint of a side plate, so this is a mantelpiece or console object rather than something that tucks into a bookshelf. Care
Hand wash it and dry it with a gentle cloth. Skip anything with a solvent in it: a resin surface takes a finish, and a harsh cleaner takes it straight back off.
In the box
The container on its own. Flowers are not included, and that is the decision to make before it arrives. Dried or artificial stems go straight into the crown. For fresh ones, drop a small glass down inside and fill that instead of the resin, which keeps standing water off the finish.
