A band that stretches to fit a head also stretches out with use. Take the speakers out before every wash and dry it flat rather than in a machine, since fleece in a hot dryer loses the grip that holds it in place.

Send it back unused, tags on, in its original packaging. Your order confirmation is all the proof we need. We do not charge restocking fees. Full conditions are in our refund policy.
