Height is the part you feel across a table. The Tall puts a flame 15.6 in (40 cm) above the wood, which lands at eye level for someone sitting down, so it belongs on a sideboard rather than between two plates. Keep the Short and the Medium in the middle of the table, where they light faces instead of hiding them.
