Most figurine vases give you a neck the width of a pencil and one stem to put in it. This one is a resin French bulldog, 9 in (23 cm) tall, holding a cone shaped wrapper wide enough to take a small bunch instead of a single flower.
- Cast epoxy resin, 9 in (23 cm) tall and 8 in (20 cm) wide.
- The cone in its arms is the opening; stems drop in like a florist wrap.
- Five colors: gainsboro, orange, black, steel blue and cadet blue.
- Finished by hand, so paint and detail vary a little between pieces.

It stands about as tall as a milk carton and takes more shelf than one, because the bouquet cone angles out to 8 in (20 cm) across. A console table or a wide shelf holds it; a crowded windowsill does not.
Care
Hand wash it and dry it with a soft cloth. Household cleaners and solvents dull a resin surface, and they lift the paint on the sunglasses and the bow tie first.
Good to know
Resin holds a shape, not water. Dried stems and faux flowers go straight into the cone; for fresh flowers, slide a narrow glass or a test tube inside and fill that instead.
