A square throw pillow is usually 18 in (46 cm) across. The large flower at 21.6 in (55 cm) is wider than that and will hold a corner of a three seat sofa on its own; the small one at 14.1 in (36 cm) tucks in front of a pair of squares or sits on a dining chair.

Good to know

This is a decorative cushion, not back support. A shoulder flattens the petals and it takes a shake to bring the shape back, so keep it at the end of the sofa rather than behind the person watching a film. On a bed it works at the front of a pile, where nothing leans on it.
