Slender branches and a few delicate stems are what this shape is built for, not a supermarket bouquet with the wrapper still on it.
It is an epoxy resin vase cast as a single part of a face, and you choose which one: eye, ear, nose or mouth.

Care
Wash it by hand in warm water with a soft cloth, then dry it the same way. Resin scuffs where ceramic would shrug it off, so keep it away from scouring pads and bleach based cleaners: a dulled patch does not polish back out.
Good to know
Each piece is finished by hand, so tone and edges shift slightly from one to the next. Buy two expecting a matched pair and you will notice the difference before your guests do. Buy one for a shelf, a desk or a bathroom counter, and the variation is the point.
