Most bubble glass looks the same on a shelf and behaves differently in a kitchen. Borosilicate is the difference here: it takes hot tea and then a glass full of ice without cracking, which is where an ordinary pressed tumbler gives up.

10.1 fl oz (300 ml) is less than a can of soda. That makes it a glass for the table, refilled from a jug, rather than the one you fill once and carry to the sofa for an evening. At 3.7 in (9.4 cm) tall it clears a low cabinet shelf and sits below eye line on a crowded table.
Good to know
They are sold one at a time, so a matched set of six means six of the same color in the cart. Hand blown also means the bubbles land differently in every cup, which is the charm, and the reason a set of these will never look machine made.
