Decanting into glass only works if the lid actually closes, and plenty of counter jars are decoration wearing a wooden hat. This one is rippled clear glass with a bamboo lid that seals airtight, in two shapes.

Both clear a standard upper cabinet with room to lift the lid off. The flared jar takes 4.2 in (10.7 cm) of counter, the round one 3.1 in (7.9 cm), which is the difference between two jars behind the kettle and three.
Good to know
Clear glass lets daylight at whatever you put inside, so keep coffee beans out of a sunny window or fill the jar with something that does not mind the light: pasta, cotton rounds, bath salts. Keep it away from a hot burner and a freezer alike, and out of reach of small hands.
Care
Wash the glass by hand and wipe the bamboo lid instead of soaking it. Bamboo left wet warps, and a warped lid stops sealing, which was the whole reason you bought it.
