Water temperature is guesswork until your hand is already under it. This faucet answers that with a light ring around the spout that turns blue below 86 F (30 C), green between 87 F (31 C) and 104 F (40 C), and red above 105 F (41 C), so you read the temperature before you touch the water.
The ring runs on the flow itself, so there are no batteries and nothing to recharge. The head pulls out and rotates, with four water modes and a ceramic valve core behind the handle.

Good to know
The color ring is a guide, not a thermometer. It tells you which of three bands the water is in, which is enough to keep a child from a scalding tap and not enough to run a bath to a set temperature. Treat red as a warning rather than a reading.

Measure your existing hole and the clearance above the basin, and confirm the connection type, before spending this much. A faucet that does not fit is not a return you want to pack.
