Overhead light flattens everything on a wall. A framed print lit from the ceiling three feet behind it gets a wash of gray and a reflection straight back at you, which is why galleries aim light from close and steep. This is a small rechargeable spotlight that does that job on a rented wall: it rotates 300 degrees, tilts 90 degrees, and puts out 80 lumens on a beam you dim from a remote.

Good to know
80 lumens is accent light. It picks one object out of a dark room and it does nothing for the room itself, so do not buy it expecting to read under. Running on a battery also means climbing up to take it down and recharge it, and the adhesive pads that make it renter friendly are the same pads that will not hold it on textured wallpaper.
