A garden center succulent will not go into this as it comes. The pot takes one cutting, or one small plant eased out of a nursery pot, and a root ball that arrived in a four inch plastic pot has to be teased apart first.

The Laying on Tummy pose is the long one, 4.3 in (11 cm) head to foot and 2.4 in (6 cm) across. For scale, 3.7 in (9.5 cm) tall is about an espresso cup and 2.4 in (6 cm) is narrower than a coaster, so this is a desk, a shelf or a bathroom ledge, and it vanishes on a wide windowsill.

Good to know

The drainage hole is good for the plant and awkward for your furniture, because water runs straight through onto whatever it stands on. Keep it on a saucer, or carry it to the sink, water it there and let it finish dripping before it goes back.

They also make a decent landing spot for keys, paper clips and loose change by the door, which is what most of them end up doing once the succulent is gone.
