Clean the wall with something that cuts grease, dry it, then mount the rack and leave it an hour before you load it. Soap film under a suction cup is the single reason these slide, and no amount of pressing harder fixes a cup stuck to a greasy tile.
Load it with what you use rather than with what fits. A rack on suction and a full family sized bottle of conditioner is a test you only run once.
